Why Blizzard never decided to implement Wands for casters like they did with ranged weapons for hunters (in that you cast spells using your ranged weapon), I will never fuckin know. Yall's class design is constantly so fucking cool. I love you guys so much

Wands used to be a thing so they were implemented just removed. It used to mater as a way to both do damage and save mana. You should be able to try it in classic servers followed by probably not liking it lol. Just like ammo for hunters was a thing.

@@82fire28 Oh yeah I played both mage and priest in Classic, I'm aware lol. I just wish that Blizzard implemented with wands, the same kinda system that hunter's have with ranged weapons. "Arcane Shot" requires a Ranged Weapon, and uses the ranged weapon for damage calculations. It looks like Chronomancer is doing a very similar thing with wands, where you have a spell that requires a wand, and then damage/effects are calculated based on the wand! That's why I'm so stoked :D

I hope and wish that it will be possible to twink on CoA. I feel like this class would be insane! That first slow they get at like level 6 or 7 reduces movement by 50%, is instant cast, and has three charges. Nutty for a FC to have access to, would LOVE to experiment if Ascension Devs add in XP toggle. Keep up the great work. Starcaller is easily my favorite class to play, but there honestly isn't a stinker in the bunch.

This is really cool, and im guessing CoA is free to play as well, i never played WoW in my life mainly cuz of the massive payment to play for a year and classes not grabbing me plus no PCz but this version yall are making along with Ascension, im excited to try this once i get a budget PC to play

When I first saw CoA, I was really excited to play it before finding out that it's still in the alpha. I'll gladly wait for it to be fully finished, but I've been wondering. After the release of CoA, are you planning to keep adding more and more classes? Similair to wow where they added Monk in MoP, Evoker in DF, etc.?

@@kiriazos97 not right now, but when it releases fully, they could do something similair to wow, no? I get that it's 21 classes, which is a lot, don't get me wrong. But after its release, people won't be content with no new classes for a long period of time. Plus, I'm not expecting 2 new classes every update.

The current plan is to make all 21 classes feel GREAT, get the game released, and get it into a position where CoA can benefit from whatever new stuff is created on Ascension (new dungeons, new bosses, etc).

This is an Ascension WOW video so I'm pretty sure it's free. Real WOW is the paid one. Even the real wow lets you play free up to level 20 though that is limiting.

i love the new classess concepts, i hate that each of them has 3 specs and can do it all usually (tanking,healing,dps).. it just feels crap that every class can fullfill every role . makes them less unique . id love to see 2 specs on each class instead of 3 and a bit less over the top approach. it feels bloated at this stage.
