Make a list on paper and cross it off as you do it no matter how long it takes you. Do you have ADHD? Have you talked to your doctor about it?

@@barbarapeterson8030 yes I have list all over the place😂🤦‍♀️ I think I do, but no I haven’t talked with my doctor yet. I’m currently switching doctors and they said it’ll take a few weeks to get everything.
