@nunyabidness6045 Жыл бұрын
I know. I feel the same about my apartment. It's not nowhere near as bad as these, but I'm overwhelmed. People say "do 5 minutes then 10 minutes" but that does nothing either bc let's say you go big and clean the whole bathroom and it's perfectly clean... well then you have to KEEP cleaning the bathroom while also doing the "10 minute cleaning" a day and it just doesn't work when you're whole house is a disaster. I've tried it. And then being consistent with it and FORCING yourself to do it EVERY DAY is much harder than just getting it all done at once and then keeping it clean by cleaning for about 30 minutes a day, depending on your house size and people living there. But trying to clean something where every room, every surface is dirty, just 10 minutes a day will never work. Bc where you've cleaned will be dusty again by the time you get the WHOLE PLACE cleaned just 10 minutes at a time. And like I said, if you get the bathroom clean, well then you gotta clean the kitchen the next day and most times people who have this issue aren't gonna feel like doing it the next day. That's why it's the best to clean it all at once and then upkeep the clean by cleaning a you go. If you dirty a dish, when you finish it, wash it immediately. Don't let a "load" build up. Wash your clothes as soon as enough for one load is made. Clean up as you're cooking. Like I know how to keep a clean house, but I don't know how the hell to find the energy/motivation to get my apartment back to clean so I can keep it that way!

I kind of guessed it was because she was too busy. So many times women say they want to wait or that their lives are too busy, men don’t want to wait to start a family like women do, so they will move on. It’s okay to slow for family because so often people are losing their chance as fertility rates plummet after 30 and then women are depressed they missed out. Just commit when you’ve found your partner! Don’t wait! Money comes and goes, but your chance for a family is fleeting.

This is amazing! How generous of this woman! I know that some people hoard and get into spots like this for various reasons. Physical illness/disability, etc but the effects of severe depression (as well as anxiety, etc) are so undermined. Especially when this happens to someone who, previously, did not really live her life this way. It's clear something triggered a horrible depressive episode. I get sometimes OCD about cleaning, tidiness, and organization/symmetry. But, the state of my home (and oftentimes, my car as well) is a DIRECT reflection of my state of mind. My house has fallen into awful clutter and disarray when my mental health tanks. Then you feel worse because of the state of your home, and it's a vicious cycle. I often find myself telling myself I don't have a nice home (when I do) and that I don't deserve a beautiful clean home, that what I do isn't good enough, etc. BUT, my son does. My kiddo and my little puppy do so that's encouraging me to get it together and KEEP it together. (Yes, I've done big cleans a few times, gotten my home picture clean enough to host house parties, etc. But it's a matter of keeping it that way and using that as a means to help my mental health stay well.) This is so inspiring! And anyone out there dealing with depression like this, you can get past it!

I will now be using scrub buddies because they helped you help this woman. I suffer from severe depression and medical issues that keep me from keeping my home pristine. Your video’s are uplifting, especially because my home used to always be clean. I also owned my own housekeeping company for 8 years and loved the work and results. Bless you for what you do.

I always tear up watching these. I imagine the person walking inside their home and just reacting to their new life. How free they must feel and just how....clean they feel. Mind clean, physical and mental health clean, living clean, stress clean. My God this is beyond lovely ❤

These are all homes she has cleaned and devoted an entire episode to in the past - this is sort of a "Recent Hits" compilation. If you want to see them more slowly and in more detail, just go back through her videos. They're all within the last, I'd say, 5-6 weeks maybe? 8 weeks, max... Happy hunting!

I use to house clean, as I love cleaning and organising. But mental illness has stopped that. I'm not in a bad situation like the homes you do, but it hurts to clean and i've been diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue and CPTSD. I'm slowly turning it all around but I have been sick for a long time. I first got REALLY sick in 2013 and that took 4 years and I still have side affects to that.. then i got COVID (2019) before it became a pandemic and I'm still getting over that today in 2023. I'm slowly getting help, a lot of red tape... but I love watching your videos. I feel inspired and remember I use to be you! My friends even told me back in 2016 to start making something of it on social media as people love this stuff. CPTSD stops that. But you are WONDERFUL!

I would love an update on these homes and the people you have helped. Did they sell the mom’s home in the last video? Was Henry able to keep up with his home and still help his mom and sister? How is the German lady with the serious health problems and did she get a care aide? You show us glimpses of people’s lives and really help them in the moment. But I want to know what happened afterward. Thanks for all you do.

the truth is, they never keep it tidy later. If it never happened, so it would not happen after the cleaning. A waste of time and efforts
@Rabbit-cp4ue Жыл бұрын
@@qqqqqqqq helping others in need is never a waste of time and effort. It'd only be a waste if you do it expecting something in return, which nearly sounds like how you might be operating on this earth. I work for a food charity and I don't expect people to not be hungry or need donations anymore after a few days since collecting foodstuffs. These people had weights lifted off them for a little while, lets celebrate that & team Auri's contribution to encouraging better mental health.

so glad you help these people, I know someone like this it took me awhile to understand they have mental as well as physical illnesses, we have to be understanding cause I learned from experience that arguing with them, or asking them why??? does no good, we have to remember mental illness is real. when they are ready to let go is when to be there for them to help, hopefully sooner then later. Be kind we have to be and you are so kind to do this!!
