What usually causes concealer/ foundation creasing is excessive application. Targetting only the dark or hollow area usually works better. It works better to slowly build in achieving the correct concealing effect. After the application, you may use a light damping motion with a sponge or tissue to remove the excess concealer. After this, apply a very light application of setting powder.

The W in WN means Warm which is why it’s more yellow toned

I looooove this concealer!! It lasts all day! And it’s $26 but it’s still cheaper than shape tape and it’s not candy like shape tape. I work at ulta and have tried every concealer out there and this one is amazing! And in my opinion, u need CN 02 Breeze in this concealer. I hope u give it another try! ☺️

You kept reiterating that they didn’t have a great shade range, but apparently they offer 30 shades in this formula. I think you might want to amend your statement. I think you just ordered the wrong shade, which had nothing to do with Clinique’s shade range. Aside from that critique- nice review and it looked good on you.

Having 30 shades does not mean that the shade range is good. I 100% stand by what I said. I am not the only one who feels this way about the shades. The variation between undertones are not good. Every single shade is described as “neutral” whether it’s warm or cool. There is also not an even spread between fair, light, medium, deep, etc. Just want to clarify why I kept saying that because it was something I noticed when purchasing the concealer. I appreciate your dedication to your opinions. In person the shade range looks great. I think often times that’s the problem with eyeing complexion products online. Also, there are “C” and “W” connotations listed on each shade for cool and warm undertones. I’ve been a makeup artist for over 23 years and I liked the formula enough to buy a few shades for one of my kits. Not trolling, just happened across your review on this product and thought I’d chime in since I felt so completely different. Best wishes! 😊

I’ve never really tried Clinique makeup. It’s not very common where I live. 😞 I like the fact that it doesn’t look cakey and doesn’t sink into your fine lines. But it it’s super expensive for a concealer xx

Way to much product 😅 If you apply it in thin layers the sponge works really well (like the spot concealing just a thin normal layer) Stop caking the under eyes or build it up layer by layer. You don’t even need it lol.
