If your hands , wrists, forearms and elbows are hurting get a set of expand your hands rubber bands. Really helps to balance that kinetic chain out. I have been using them for years as part of my prevention and rehabilitation program. You can do them at work, in the car anywhere

Peter, another informative video. I've also taken my 4 wedges and with different swings (from a long putting stroke to a half shot) measured both flight and roll (on a green) distances. I now have a table that I utilise for a variety of shots (chip and run to flop shots) from 70 yards inwards. It's helped me drop my score by 9 strokes in the last 9 months.

100% correct positive mental attitude is key in most sports but should be paramount in individual sports. I do loads of coaching in football and I do loads on growth mindset as I feel it’s the one key aspect most people forget

Funny you mention Stenson Molinari. When I'm over an iron shoot and I need it to be good, I find myself saying swing like Finch, I do my practice thinking of your tempo and how smooth your downswing transition is. Cheers Pete keep it up.

Great journey you're on. I'm happy to see the mizunos (MP 20s) receiving the love and attention they deserve. I've used mizuno irons for over 20 years and don't see this underrated brand leaving my bag - ever. I'm interested in your big sticks though. I've heard good things about the 410 series but have not had the chance to check them out. Play on!

My only complaint w Vokey's is they are falling behind with tech. Ping with the hydropearl and the elastomer is the best overall wedge in terms of feel and performance because you get more spin when the lie gets a bit wet and they are very soft feeling. Not a factor if you never play in anything other than perfectly dry conditions but a lot of us play in parts of the world that still sees some rain or morning/evening dew.

I feel ya pain on the pin hit haha..had an occasion at my local course where guys let me go through on a par 3 and I missed the green right..3 metre elevation I chipped hit the pin and it rolled back to my feet...but then chipped again one bounce...slammed into the pin and in for par, the guys cheered! haha it was in my opinion hilarious

Hi Peter, could you do a video where you post you numbers for each club, from gap wedge to say, 4i or next club longer. I have the mmc’s and it would be nice to compare certain numbers, especially spin, as I find mine are a little low. Launch/decent, ball speed, club speed, spin, peak height, carry? Cheers

Cannot believe you don't put club covers on your irons to help keep them from being scratched. Mine aren't nearly as nice/expensive, and I still put protective covers on them.
