Private universities that cost multi thousands of dollars might survive, but State Universities would not. So there you go, then only the ultra rich could seek a college degree and I believe there is a shortage of doctors and nurses right now so that may not be such a good idea. Although cutting the admin costs might be helpful. It seems to drive up the cost of everything. Foreign students are funded by foreign governments to come here and get a degree. So it would only hurt American students.
