the eco style did make my hair crunchy but I did love the way it made your hair look with less residue. I believe the motions is good for me and my kids hair so i will try it.

Mary, Do you find that you have to wash your hair more frequently when you use gel for your curls? I guess I'm asking if you have a lot of build-up when using gel to define your curls? Also, I have the curling gel soufflé by Shea Moisture but I haven't had any success with it. It leaves my hair sorta greasy but it has beautiful shine. I would love to see a tutorial with the complete Shea Moisture Thick and Curly line. As always, thanks for your tips. I love your hair tutorials. Have a great week!!

Looks great. Now when going to bed do you pineapple your hair or just put a bonnet on? And how many days you get out of your wngs. I can only get 2 maybe 3.

I literally just put my bonnet on. I can get 4-5 days, I just spray my hair every day to refresh. If it starts to look rough, I just put it up in a puff. :)

It all depends on preference - I prefer the Motions side for softness but the Eco-Style side for definition :)

I don't like eco styling gelwith coconut oil bc I felt it doesn't hold the hair compare to eco with olive oil....gets 2 stars

I am new to wash and goes so I actually haven't tried it with the olive oil one yet - that might be a good idea :) Although previously I stopped using the olive oil one because it left residue in my hair... but I might try it again!
