Don't want to be a downer but I feel so bad for the team right now. They give us the best game in a long time (and the competition are their own previous streams, which I think many will agree is some pretty stiff competition), and they get effed by the fire alarm... Loving watching this! Re the wound allocation stuff: after the bodyguard unit had been destroyed, the command squad stopped being an attached unit so the wound allocation rule Liam looked up no longer applied. Perfectly legal to allocate wounds to the Champion ahead of the Apothecary

We all experience it once as a ravenwing player. Realising they arent built for melee and never were 😆 While i have a massive RW collection which half is now all legends..(still salty about) nothing seems to be effective at shooting. Losing weapons of the dark age is a massive blow and use to be a staple to use with the black knights. I think it will be just as you said, mixing in any astartes into the list to gain the benefit of adv and shoot like some lancers to deal with armour making up for what RW should be able to do but cant.

I feel they can be, but they should never be Charging into the mass. Specific target, isolated target the opponent might not expect a charge on? Go for it. Then fall back and shoot again. Recycle the Charges!

Sorry guys but have to say the DA army list made this quite difficult to watch. If it's Ravenwing, run Ravenwing. The majority of this army isn't Ravenwing. You may have been better off with the Deathwing detachment. I don't blame anyone for taking Azrael and a blob of dudes, Sternguards is questionable but not a sin, but Ravenwing needs stormspeeders, flyers, and more bikes!

Run a real ravenwing army. You guys say all the time that you play casually with mates... then put them damn talonmasters on the table and some attack bikes... they weren't even in the meta EVER in 10th. And for god sakes don't run the lion in a ravenwing detatchment! Wait a minute did you just put 290 point deathwing knights in a ravenwing detatchment? Where's the thunderstrucks at? You need to buff the ravenwing yourself the old fashioned way and use the couple of tricks the detatchment has, come on fellas. This was painful.

A lot has been sent to legends so they are not supported by GW anymore. You can understand why people will not buy these old models anymore when there going to be completely phased out and not produced. They dont have a big DA collection as they only started one up by using the leviathan box set, remember buying models and painting them all takes time and money.
