❤love love those shoes! Tip; there are rubber thin anti slide self glued soles to buy. I dont know what they are called over there but I think there are several brands . I have those shoes in black and read☺️. You just place them on yourself works like a dream. Have done it for years and they still works on other shoes. Oh shoes! The brands that can safely be bought for comfort or and timelessness are gucci stella mccartney and prada.👍

Last time I worse platform flats I fell very badly and tore my silk dress. I have no problem with heeled platforms but flat platforms are a whole different skill. I couldn’t even stand in them through the night I kept tipping from side to side. See how you go but sounds like the rubber sole may save your ankles. I never wore mine again I was burned too badly and they were downright dangerous. They were the Stella McCartney ones that Trinny always raves about. I love the black dress and coat look with them - just be super careful !

Take them into your trust cobbler and they can pop a non slip sole on for you if you don't want to send them off. I think Harrods have that service in store

Be careful in the platform shoes. They were all the rage back in the 70s . The leather eventually starts to stretch out and it's easy to fall off them. I actually broke my ankle wearing a pair of them in a fashion show, and I know someone who broke their leg. They are nice looking though
