Teddy reminds me of going to meet my Happyday aka Dayke! Out of all the puppies she sat on my foot- just like my prior perfect dog! She’s been perfect for me and I for her! She’s now 15yrs and loves our schedule and outings. I now have debilitating migraine’s, anxiety and chronic pain. I always did what I wanted too! Lived where I wanted, dated some cool guys, traveled extensively, and luckily with my work. I’ve been a hairstylist for film and television industries, and have worked hard for decades! I’ve also lived through 7 car accidents (2 catastrophic) and 2 workplace injuries. None my fault. Just bad luck or extremely good luck depending on how you think 🤔

Although I am normally a cat person, my friend has had five different Pomeranians over the years and they live quite long lives and I must say if I ever had a dog it would be a Pomeranian. They are the best and the smartest and the sweetest and will become very attached to the people around them.❤❤

Hi Romina, didnt realise ur German, so is my hubby,I hear your anxieties n sadness due to health issues n managing them, I can walk in your shoes as I deal with long term chronic pain, we hv good n bad days, I can only say, we need to not be too hard on ourselves, we should practice self compassion n forgiveness, focus on making good vibes with our passion, I had a chihuahua for 13+ yrs, responsibilities for the furbaby sure, but alot of joy too..we need to make peace within us, n rediscover the joy in the simplicity of our lives, let this also fill up our hearts n heal us..you are blessed with loving hubby like me 😊god bless you

Getting an animal is one of the best treatments for anxiety and that! I have a sheltie, and she is one of the best things in my life. She's such a comfort, and I'm sure your bunnies are the same, but getting a dog to add to your furry family is soo wonderful!! And he's soo adorable! The sweetest thing!! ❤❤❤

I am soooooo happy to see you smile and laugh so much. The idea of getting a pet is excellent! The tiny darling will keep you busy and need all your attention - when not filming - and I´d guess Teddy will make sure you do not suffer and fight with those heavy depressed moments anymore. Teddy is a cute baby needing you. You must go out for walks, longer or shorter ones, feed him and try to make him get used to his new home and "parents". A puppy (or a kitten) is alone in the big world and rather frightened at first. Find out his favorite food and pls do not give him chocolate, is it dangerous. You can find special chocolate meant for animals in shops that cater to cats and dogs. Have a lovely summer, enjoy the weather, the company of your nice husband, and your cute new pet. Life has its ups and downs. Melancholy is a bit like thunderstorms, - they come and go. Das Leben geht weiter, bleib fröhlich.

@@hazydreamer7965 yes- I always greet the other dog by using a slightly higher voice “ oh look” here’s a little friend” try not to pull him away- because he will always pick up on your tension. And if he feels tension he will become aggressive to the other dogs / to protect you! Also, get him used to brushing his teeth. Little dogs can get a lot of dental issues.

Here's to you all giving each other lots of unconditional love, and wonderful, comforting companionship for a long, long time. And it might be mch longer than ten years. We had a beagle who lived to be 19. He was wonderful. Another of our doggies, Bea, an aussie shepherd mix, lived to be 13, and now our Thelma Lou is almost 13. When you know which dog is right for you, you just know. Nothing's more healing than a loving puppy who you need at least as much as they need you. I'm so, so sorry about the dark days. Teddy is definitely going to brighten your days. Just know there is ALWAYS hope. Only love understands everything💘 Also, I will never vote against a peacock. I love them so much, cannot help it! I....omg the BATH cracked me up. such a sweetheart. Congrats on being new parents. You'll be wonderful. I can relate to the anxiety struggles. I will say that 'thinking' is the biggest problem we face. It's important to have an empty mind. Free of thoughts, this is what meditation is about. It's OK to think about our problems and issues for 5 minutes a day. But only 5 minutes, after that we sweep the mind clear. Also trying to have something to look forward to like a holiday in the future makes us snap out of it and move on.

We don't realise we are always in our head and it takes time to retrain ourselves, reading when we have free time also helps to stop thinking. It takes us out of our thoughts. Another tip is having real colourful flowers in a room to look at, this will ease the mind and remind us the beauty of nature and life.

Congratulations on your new addition to your family! Teddy is so adorable! I couldn’t stop smiling throughout the whole video! We also have a 5 pound Yorkshire terrier that we take everywhere in a bag. She loves going out, especially to Chanel, LV, and Tiffany’s because she knows the sales associates there, and she brings smiles to everyone she meets. We got her when she was 3 months old and she is already almost 14 years old! I love her more than anything and I am terrified of losing her. So sorry you had such a difficult year Romina. I also have really bad anxiety. What helps me the most is taking walks outside and being in nature. It forces you to be in the present moment instead of having your mind wander. Now you have Teddy, the perfect excuse to go walking. Also listening to music helps me a lot. Just remember that your mind is thinking the worst case scenario; it is just a thought and not reality. Keep telling yourself that when you feel anxious about something. Hope this helps you. Teddy seems to be so Wonderfull! Love him already and cannot wait to see him in your videos!!🤩😍😘 We had siamese cats when I was a child and starting school. Unfortunately I have not been able to had animals of my own after I was ten and got very allergic towards them. Love animals so. Congratulations on Teddy, Romina! He is adorable! I am glad that you got a furry kid! I am sure he will bring you a lot of joy and happiness! Also thank you for opening up about your anxiety. You are right, we all deal with this every day, and it is just destroying our health and our lives (in my country, people say all illnesses are from nerves., which is true). You are asking how we deal with this. Here is my answer (sorry for the length of it but I could not help it because I deal with anxiety too). Unfortunately, anxiety is not something one can address by meditation, exercising, getting a pet (I tried meditation, breath work. I exercise regularly. I am a pet parent myself and I love my babies more than my life but my anxiety is still here). One has to ask themselves what causes anxiety. Just write down: Why am I anxious? What is causing it? and try to write down your answers. You will be surprised that the cause of it, for the most part, is uncertainty about our future, fear of losing a job, a house, a lifestyle. If you can eliminate the causes of your anxiety, you will lose your anxiety too. Unfortunately, it is not that easy because we care about our physical needs more than our mental needs. And anxiety is the price we pay. Unfortunately, we live in the society where no one wants to talk about the causes of anxiety and how to address them because it would require changes on a societal level. Instead, it offers some band aids for fixing it (Exercise! Eat healthy! Get enough sleep! Get pills!). All of these are just temporary fixes. We live unsustainable lifestyles (yes, our lifestyles are unsustainable!) that literally kill us. And we just ignore it because we think that this is problem of one instead of admitting that this is a problem of our society. I hope, you will find the causes of your anxiety and address them as soon as possible because anxiety kills people.

This past year, I went through surgeries every 2-3 months & they always keep finding something new where there's uncertainty around it. My first husband worried about his health all the time (webMD was his friend). Stressed about work all the time. And then he was diagnosed with cancer and passed away at 51. Towards the end he really, really regretted all the wasted time he had spent worrying about things that he had no control over (health) or didn't matter (the day to day work stress). His worry had no impact on his future, but it did take away from his enjoyment of life greatly. I don't know if that is helpful, but for me it was a big turning point in realizing that we only get one life, we don't know how short or long it will be, and we should grasp it with both hands and focus on joy.
