I love this house design! I have toured it in person before and it was one of the most impressive model homes in central Ohio! I think the exterior design is a huge improvement compared to the old model home in Columbus. I think they also did a great job with the staircase, there is just so much natural light! The laundry room is such a dream to have too! The kitchen and pantry is also one of my favorites too. It is a very efficient design! Great job showing all the features!

Do you build contemporary home ? I am planning to buy more than 1 acre lot, but that lot is full of matured trees . If I would get a good builder who will help me to build a 3000sft house on that lot I might buy that lot …

David, OUTSTANDING video. Your very best to date. You did a superb job showcasing this home....the pace was perfect and you captured all the salient issues of the house. Excellent job. I agree with you this is one of your nicest homes you've reviewed on your growing channel. Gorgeous interior....one of my favorite. I love the carpet in the first floor study and the master bath is to die for. Can you do me a big favor. I absolutely love the finished basement. My wife and I absolutely love the "bar feature" (Piece of furniture) that is circular in the finished basement. Would you do me a favor and check with the builder to find out where they purchased that bar. We'd love to get it for our own home. Thanks very much if you can do that for me......just an outstanding video this weekend. Well done, David.....Mike

That front door and its trim outside is so BLAND. The interior doors are so much better. Spindles on the staircase are great. The ladder in the butler’s pantry is just in the way of anyone using that space. Bad choice.

I think the staircase feature isn’t that bland, but I would have to agree that the front door and other places could have more of a pop! I have toured the house before, and it looks very impressive in person. The ladder in the butlers pantry is on rollers, so it isn’t that much of a hassle to move around, it also makes it easier to reach the higher shelves, so I would say it is more of a somewhat good choice as it has functionality and looks, but could be a small hassle.
