David, two very important pieces of information. What is the list price both for the one for sale as well as the model unit cost (with all the upgrades?) Also, flooring is an incredibly important finish in a house. With today's vinyl floor that looks like the appearance of wood it's important, in my view, to state right up front if the flooring the builder used is real wood or the "luxury" vinyl flooring that is so common in these price points. thanks......Mike

Hi Mike, the model is estimated to be around $1,000,000. Both homes have a laminated wood flooring (not vinyl) that is both waterproof and designed to provide maximum scratch prevention.

You're welcome, Mike! Obviously for the model home, they might be wanting the floors to stay looking nice until it is time for them to sell. And I wonder in general for when builders are building inventory homes to sell, if they purposely pick a more durable flooring so that it doesn't discourage buyer's with pets from purchasing the home.

The one for sale is priced at $879,900 and the model is not for sale. The base price for the neighborhood is $650,000. I’m happy to discuss this more if you’d like more information.

To duplicate the model home, it would probably be around $1,000,000. The $650,000 price is the base price of building in the neighborhood before upgrades. There is one other home that is already lived in, but besides that and the two that I showed (the model and the one for sale), there are not any neighboring homes at the moment as they just officially opened the neighborhood the day this video was released.
