Love contemporary. The only thing I would change is flip flop the kitchen and fam room. Once the other house is built, it’s going to be too close and will diminish the natural light on that side. Love your channel!

NICE, love that it has a bath, and it's a tile bath. Would be perfect if it had that walk-in shower in the primary with a bath in that primary too. I love an historic neighborhoods, and love historic houses, but a newly built house with all the new amenities, kept in the historic style, gives you the best of both worlds.

The address is a function of the City administration. We do see "half" addresses from time to time. I suspect when a home is torn down on a large or double lot, it creates a numbering issue if two homes replace it. Thanks for tuning in !
