Nice Home, Nice Cabinets in the Kitchen. That builder has a good reputation in the Mid-Atlantic. A half bath would have been a nice extra. Kitchen Countertops nice.

As a parent of two children and someone planning a relocation from Madrid, Spain to the United States, I am particularly focused on North Florida as my preferred destination. Your formula is misleading, what you qualify for a loan vs what you can actually afford are two different things!
