This home is currently listed at $1,150,000.00. There are a handful of these around Cape Coral. Some have larger Sq footage some are slightly smaller. I did come across one that sold for $840,000 that was 200 sq feet smaller ( and did not have a pool cage). In both garages, you could see light at the bottom seal of the doors, which tells me construction might be a little iffy

This property is Currently listed at $1,150,000.00. The down payment will be depend on the type of loan a buyer chooses . There are all types of loan programs and packages available through a multitude of lenders. There are 5%, 10%, 20% conventional loans. FHA loans are 3.5% down. A veteran can do a VA loan. There are a lot of options, If you do not have a lender I have several for you to call.
