I live in Sandbrock only think I don’t like is the kid park.. I don’t like that dog parks are bigger than the children park. Need more pools like a lagoon. The tree house seems to be a waste of money but I guess someone likes it.

A second pool and amenity center is on the way. If you really like a lagoon, Windsong Ranch down the street is the place, but it will cost twice as much. Call to review. Phil Martin
