The preconstruction process for most builders is to separate the construction costs from the cost of a lot. This is the reason I must explain in this way. A garage cannot be added. You would have to go with the structure of the model that you select. A tub could be added during the building process it will be priced out by Designer based on the tub you select.

Great house. If the seller is going to sell, they need to allow you to see all of it. That is nonsense that you could not go to the outside pool. Their modern decor just did my head in. I hate modern decoration. Pointless. The painting in the bathroom alone would scare a small child.
