Sad nothing in new construction around 300k with amenities when do you expect prices go back down? I heard that with new construction you can offer lower price and ask for incentives

You can get in the lower $300K in the near by smaller towns but not in the Clermont area. If you are looking in 55+ then the Palms would have an attached villa in the $300K range. Builders are giving more incentives and what we are seeing is some are taking offers when the community is in the final closeout stage.

@@susievidal4134 Groveland, Eustis, Leesburg, Tavares and Umatilla in Lake County all have lower price points
