Makes me want to move to Pensacola! They are not even building townhomes here in my city to buy. Our new construction homes start at like 400k! And our existing townhomes cost more than that.

+american1476 it’s a great deal on a branch new home with a community pool and upcoming area! I know places where townhomes are going for 400k+ around the country. Feel thankful it’s still affordable here
