The E-rickshaw was at fault no doubt in that, but you were at fault too such as, you were going at a considerably higher speed which was 60 km/h than what should be at in a market area, second you were not paying attention on the road and third is that you at first must get accustomed to the bike, it was a new GT so before riding it fast you must get accustomed to it, you learn new things about your new bike every other day

There is fault from both side , These E-Rikshaw drivers are so much mad for passenger that don't even look before taking a turn . I was riding my bicycle and suddenly a e-rikshaw driver took a cut from opposite side on NH-24 for passengers . He didn't even look for someone coming from left side . It is a highway .

Agar bhai honestly bolon toh 50% aapki galti hai aur 50% E-Rikshaw wale ki hai. Kyu ki aap achi khasi speed mai the jab aapki takkar hue(40 km/h), mere paas bhi GT650 hai Mr clean addition hai aur mujhe yeh pata hai ki kyu ki bike kafi bhari hai aur torque bhi bhot hai isliye ase city wale areas ma mai 30 km/h ki speed max rakta hue kabhi kabhi usase bhi niche hoti hai meri speed. Dusri baat Wo E-Rickshaw ki bhi galti thi kyu achanak se agar koi u turn lega toh joh a raha hoga uske liye bhot mushkil ho jayegi. Also sorry for the damages on your bike.
