My biggest laundry tip is to have each family member have a day. It takes so much less time to fold and put away laundry if everything belongs to the same person. We are a family of 3 so in my house we do: Mom on Monday Daughter on Tuesday Dad on Wednesday Towels/Sheets on Thursday Additional load (if needed) on Friday NO laundry Saturday or Sunday Hope this helps!

So we have friends living in our full appartment basement. The only hardship we had was shared laundry. So I put myself on a schedule to make sure I could get my laundry done and disrupt them as little as possible. So on Mondays I do All the clothes and towels! Kids (2 boys and myself and husband). Usually about 6 loads. Monday are my cleaning meal prep laundry days. Friday I do all the sheets, bedding, kitchen towel stuff and towels(again). I start at 8am and usuall finish up about 6 or so. It had been life changing for me! I have a mindset of "I have to get this done I dont have a choice" It works for me!

Thanksgiving will be a little crazy this year! My wedding is on Friday! We will be having our thanksgiving dinner on Wednesday and a small lunch on Thanksgiving day with my in laws. My laundry hack for a family of 6 is that every kid has their own hamper. I just empty that hamper in the wash and I don't ever have to sort laundry between kid/rooms. It's wonderful!

The way i put away laundry.... Fold clothes in each of the bedrooms instead of the living room ... and put things away as i go instead of making piles.... It saves on the double (triple) handling. 💕

I adopted a laundry routine years ago I have 3 kids and when I didn't have a routine I was drowning. Monday- towels Tuesday- my youngest Wednesday- middle child Thursday- eldest Friday- myself Saturday- hubby Sunday- beds and pet laundry. This schedule saved my life!
