technically no- we aren't supposed to "stack" offers but that said I've noticed that rebates come through anyway

I didn't! it came within a few hours for several and one took about 20 hours but it was overnight.

Pretty much! I don't think that it says a set limit but I'd do it ASAP ( I often do it in the car!)
