I can tell you I'm in the process of recovering from this new covid variant. Age 38 Diet is lean protein high fruits and veggies well balanced. Complex carbs, whole wheat, Nuts, no processed foods. Olive oil, Avocado oil, etc.. Exercise is cardio. Bike half hour. Half hour walk. Run 10 flights of stairs. Daily routine. This virus knocked me out like I was knocked out by Mike Tyson himself.
