Hi, I had the dashcam installed directly at the Dacia workshop using the welcome discount. It worked fine for 5 years but now it doesn't start anymore. It seems like it starts and then immediately turns off, after a while it tries again but nothing and so on until I turn off the car. How can I solve the problem? Thanks

Thank you. Just did the installation today. You don't show where to connect the two connectors for GPS and km/h. Can you tell me where do I connect them. Camera works and records well, just no GPS and km/h. I can see date and hour only.

Hi, there's a GPS antenna built in and the GPS position (and the speed) should appear shortly after you start the engine. There's no other connections needed.

If the coordinates do not appear, the unit may be defective. Have the DVR checked.

@@falcon_tech, I bought a new identical unit with the same issue. Everything works fine but GPS coordinates remain at 0.0000 0.0000. Could you, guys, give me your support email address or another way to get in touch with a support specialist. I don't understand why the GPS won't work on two different new Falcon HJD - WRS cameras.

My wifi connection is failing connect / disconnected in 2 seconds then connect and disconnected and it will not stay connected. Do you have the solution for me. Reset doesn't work. And wich app is the best to use

I have a serious problem with this camera. I have formatted the micro SD card and now it is not detected. Does the SD card have to have some type of file in order for the dashcam to recognize it?

Please uninstall the app and reinstall it. Do not forget to erase the BT pairing from settings before attempting to pair the DashCam again.

The problem is that no green LED appears on the dashcam, only a blue LED, a red LED and a magenta LED appear. The dashcam is paired with the mobile phone through Wi-Fi with the password 12345678. But with the mobile phone via Bluetooth it is not possible to connect. Why is there no green led on the dashcam? Greetings.

A, ok, is the old model. Check the following: - Is the DVR recording? - check with a computer. - Format the SD Card with the DVR. - Reset the DVR - is a hidden button on DVR.

I think it is the new model (8201713925) and I have already tried to format the microSD card, but nothing happens, then the dashcam does not recognize it.

Bonjour, j'ai acheté la même camera. je l'ai installé mais ça ne fonctionne pas. J'ai juste la vidéo sur mon téléphone. je n'arrive pas à enregistrer et je ne comprend rien au code des couleurs. Et quand je roule je voit bien la vidéo sur mon téléphone mais j'ai juste la date et l'heure. Les km/h et la position reste à zéro. Qui pourrait m'expliqué ? même avec le mode d'emploi je ne comprends pas. merci

The WiFi lasts a very short time and after two minutes or less, the WiFi disappears and there is no connection between the camera and the phone.

Please try to reset the camera, forget the paired dvr wifi network and pair it again.
