Personaly I think this detachment is awesome, and I'll be playing it for a while mainly because it makes me want to play dark angels units and not codex space marines, and I'm sick and tired of playing gladius and stormlance at this point.

It's more like 95 points to get the uppy downy ability that's once per game. You're better off not paying for it as a 345 point unit will be hard to exchange an enemy's equivalent worth unit.
