NEW Dark Shadows Back to the Present - Our Old Friend, Willie Loomis

Wow, when Barnabas requested from the doctor at the Windcliff of Willie Loomis back to the Old House, he snuck out & went to see Maggie & tried to explain what had happened to her & Maggie was so upset & told her to get out & leave her alone. Then Joe Haskell (Maggie's fiance) walked in & Willie ran away. Barnabas told Willie that he had to go back to the Windcliff. Jeff Clark (Peter Bradford) told Dr. Lang about his dream. Then Dr. Land has his dream that Julia knocked on the door & nightmare begins. Then Dr Lang passes on to the next person, ie Julia. Then, Dr. Lang begins his experiment.

Thank you so much for posting. I am particularly fond of the episodes following Victoria Winters's return from the past. The flashbacks are great, but Dark Shadows always did its own time the best. I particularly enjoy the interaction between Willie and Barnabas. Of course there's also the unforgettable acting of Addison Powell, who propelled Dark shadows to even greater heights of madness.

It's still too good today all these years later and someone will be watching years from now if we're still here or someone will be here I love this show they were gorgeous back then so much was left un finished.🤔

It was actually funnier previously when Barnabas was telling Dr Hoffman how his conscience was bothering him so much thinking about how Willie was left there at Winncliff. Finally she realized he just wanted him out to help Dr. Lang with his experiments. Did anyone, other than me realize all the different times as Dark Shadows went through its "time passages" there was one "prop" that was in all of them. THAT AFGAN! It was seen on Maggie's couch at her cottage, on the beds in 1795, and so many other times . So funny watching the shows as they went on and saying, "There it is, that afgan again!" I wonder if there's a story behind that afgan, who made it, why it was put in so many scenes. I've also noticed "gum wads." (chewed gum and stuck on props on the sets) I saw one on a door going into the living room at Collinwood. I'd have to review which episode it was. If you look, you find funny things like that. Not as funny as "flies" continuously landing on the actors as they tried to do their lines. 😃

We miss seeing dark shadows on decades tv! Maybe it will be rerun for halloween on another station.

Barnabas and Julia made quite a team, didn't they? Good sparring pair! I feel sorry for Willie Loomis. He has no idea why Barnabas wants him freed from Wind Cliff. Poor guy! If he only knew. My question, this time is, why did Willie go to Maggie's house??? That was very stupid of him! What will happen next? It seems that the dream is making the rounds. Jeff tells Dr. Lang about it. Now it's Dr. Lang's turn to have the dream. He dreams about Dr. Hoffman, and those doors! The mist seems to be everywhere. Dr. Lang opens three doors, and the last one reveals his headless body from the experiment! Now poor Julia has been told the dream. EGAD! ~Janet in Canada

Unless they found out Willie was innocent, how could he leave the hospital a free man on the recommendation of doctor.
