Plus, Carolyn apparently didn’t have to go to college, get a job or find a husband; she just chilled out in Collinwood, flirted with guys in The Blue Whale, drove an expensive car and probably charged all her expensive clothes to her mother’s account at Brewster’s Department Store in Collinsport. Yes, Carolyn Stoddard had an especially “difficult” life at Collinwood, didn’t she? PS Carolyn was dressed as if it was Saint Patrick’s Day in Collinsport.

@@kensellers4082 LOL! Buzz was a hoot! Quentin was so dashing & charismatic! Although, I have to admit, I found Jeb the most handsome. I was jealous of Carolyn, she had the pick of stallions from her stable, amirite?! The only story-line I wasn't crazy about was the "Adam" one. My favourite was the werewolf episodes.

@@darkshadowsfansunite8140 This was an especially riveting episode; “Dark Shadows” at its absolute finest. However, I couldn’t believe it when, after beating off the werewolf with his silver cane, Barnabas tells Julia to take Carolyn back to Collinwood while Barnabas checks to see if Mrs. Stoddard is no longer taking a permanent “dirt nap.” Oh, yeah, Julia and Carolyn will be “perfectly safe” as they walk alone back to the great house of Collinwood with the lycanthropic Chris Jennings still running around there, baying at the full moon! I tell you, sometimes Barnabas could be as “brilliant” as Deputy Barney Fife or Lumpy Rutherford.

Poor Carolyn! Elizabeth was only in a coma, and tried so hard to send a mental message to her daughter. Too bad it failed! That poor young woman really needed her mother, but was not listening to the little voice in her head! She should listen to Julia about not going out, alone, at night! Elizabeth manages to press the button, and make the bells ring. Carolyn knew what it meant, but why didn't Barnabas or Julia know??? ~Janet in Canada
