The hand seems pointless with 2 exceptions. God pallets (like gideon top floor) you'd have enough time to maybe catch them or running the iri which breaks the pallets instead of picking them up. Then the strat would be getting them to throw it to break the pallet at a distance like the anniversary event last year.

With the hand, i think if they made it so you can bring the pallet back up while they're vaulting, it breaks the pallet and they become hindered it would be useful and have more depth.

Kind of feels like you can wait the hand out faster than a doc static. Super short timer. He has so much going on but it doesn't look strong, just a bit overwhelming

Yea its just a worse doctor zap, it only works on not dropped pallets and gives insane slow down after using unlike zap which is a mild slow down during animation and blocks all drops or vaults.

In dnd rules the levitate spell (which is what he is using presumably to float the knife) cannot be used to make weapon attacks so it actually does make lore sense

Spells usually need somatic components (meaning you have to do hand signs to cast them) leviating your blade means you can freely cast spells without needing to sheath the blade everytime. So it still makes sense from a dnd rules perspective

Wow... You know I really like the idea of having 4 different skills, but if each of them are so bad to the point of not being worth using... what's the point? So this guy has 4 skills, each completely trash and worthless. The flight is not that fast (don't get fooled by the FOV trickery), prevent you from attacking and kinda stun you at its end (slow and prevent you from attacking) The hand slows you when you are aiming with it and its duration is ridiculously short making its use cases very, VERY limited. The ghost ... have been designed to make the survivor feel good when they kneel in response to the heavily telegraphied attack. And the detection orb is so hilariously slow that you literally move faster than it, and I imagine the survivors can see it too which mean they can just set aside to let it pass when they are working on a generator... I know the devs are hilariously bad at their job .... but cmon.

That slowdown before and after EVERY ability is f***ing obnoxious. It's gonna be really unsatisfying to play him unless they change it.
