The tracers really make long-range sniping way better. You can really see the bullet drop and how far you need to lead moving targets. I tried it out from the roof of the tallest building in Kamensk, shooting down at the epic mission at the rail station.

Just bought this game recently while it was on sale and i gotta say its pretty solid. The shooting, animations, NPCs and world are everything I would want from a DayZ 2. Kinda bummed the servers are kinda dead but im still having fun just running around and doing missions and getting gear. Hopefully they keep supporting it.

Depends where you live. Europe has popular servers official and private. No one else in that world plays it tho coz it’s too difficult

The addition of prone, plus the armour and weapon rebalances is most welcome. In particular the amour adjustments make the AI much less instakil, to the point where it feels like they nerfed the AI. But there's still so much more work for the devs to do to for Deadside to reach full potential. Oh and great that now all guns (except the M99) fit in backpacks.

The AR4-M has more shorter bullets range than the ordinary AR4, quite good to used in CQB or inside the compound. I always pair it with VDS or another sniper rifle

i really hope they change the animation so that if you go prone and look back you just spin onto your back to be able to shoot. its more realistic and just looks and feels better overall. im getting this game today, wish me luck :(

I play this game 1,5 years. Devs made minimum meaningful changes for that time: boats, prone pos, Kamensk city... And thats it. I am lonely no team player, so, i have 2 ways: do whatever i want and whenever by a naked start character, or be a camper with a full equipment. Devs even cant fix holding a breath when using a sight... I can hold it only for 3 seconds, really?? I measured right now, i can hold it minimum for 10 seconds..

@@TorakOfficial agree with you. I do not mean this game is bad, no. Its interesting, but this "slow motion" development... It feels like features are released by a team of 2-3 ousource/freelance devs. As a java enterprise developer, i can offer a lot of easy in development features, which will bring a lot more to gameplay. For example: Public gear marketplace in save zones. Normal breath holding. New save zone near Kamensk. Btw:anyone wants to make a team (camp with nk417 together?:)

I have been playing this game for like a month. Some of the guns and attachments are not available in trader. And need more workbench way to make and the game will be more good. Some time the hunting scope is a little funky bro please work on that the dev of Dead side. Loot and inventory system is not much so please make it more space and bootable items to make the game more like survival and pvpve like. I like the game so much

its dead bro. i got it as a gift from a friend and servers either show 0 pop or 1-2. Only the russian servers are 15-20 pop and those are probably hard cheating.

This game would be way more intrestinf without the savezones were you can buy every item in like a hour of gameplay The one thing that makes this game just terrible and why it will never really pop off or get big And with that add the really slow updates played it years ago and the game is still the same with some small changes
