Then you find your sister and she rejects you and then you find out that your biological father held back that information and you think he didn't want you to know or didn't want a relationship with you. Jo and Alex are 10% of what Alex and Izzie were because Joe is treated like a small character, and not treated by alex like she's important or like he really needs her. Alex and Izzie were equal in that relationship which made it great, Alex and Joe aren't equal and you feel it. He definitely has the upper hand and that's not as great to watch. Meredith would've respected Izzie a whole lot more bc she stood up for herself when needed. (Meredith only respects herself and a handful of people that she loves, she treats everyone else like she's the sorority queen which I don't exactly find "cute"). Psyched that Amelia's here this season though! :)
