Sorry bro i never used Forex but i did use my debit card.. so you can withdraw any amount with around 600/- charge per transaction with very less mark up charge

No it will begin from the day you land but the evoa also has some timeline that you have to follow i don’t remember exactly now but you must travel with in 180days of receiving the evisa i guess

If you have a self transfer than you might need a visa, but i think you will get both boarding passes in india only, if thats going to be the case you shouldn’t need any visa for vietnam
