NEW DESIGN PORTA BOTE TRANSOME ((((( BAD IDEA )))))

The new folding transom marine wood / marine hard plastic folding design is already showing HIGH STRESS on the folding crease.
(OUT OF THE BOX)...........
((((SPEAKING FOR MYSELF))))) this will affect longevity of the boat's transom. There are videos and pictures all over the web/ forums of the older porta bote model with ripped transoms starting from the creased folding section.
The designers of the new folding transom should've stayed with the aluminum folding transom, much thinner less stress on the folding creases.
FOR THIS REASON, I WILL NO LONGER MAKE PORTA BOTE VIDEO'S UNTIL I PUT THIS BOTE THRU THE TEST. PLEASE DO YOUR HOMEWORK ABOUT PORTA BOTES AND BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
IF YOU HAVE SPACE OR A DRY STORAGE JUST PURCHASE A STANDARD ALUMINUM BOAT AND TRAILER, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. BEST SIZE WOULD BE A 14 FT ALUMINUM BOAT WITH A 15-20HP OUTBOARD MOTOR.
