A woman dies on her birthday, a 12 year old who survived cancer dies in the plane crash. Young attorneys, pilots, figure skating “phenom,” two world skating champions, children, etc. Loss of a loved one is always devastating and the description of the early beginning of these very talented and accomplished people was very hard to hear. My condolences to the families and our society for these losses.

It’s a tragic situation but if anything what you’re failing to realize is that we need unity in this country not division. Prayer may be “worthless” to you but it works, and my life is a testament of that. Losing someone isn’t easy and I’ll pray for your healing but don’t ridicule and mock what others choose to do. Have some compassion. Holding on to your resentment of pain will only affect you in the end. God bless you and may He provide you comfort even if you don’t want it. In Jesus name amen.

Condolences to all families affected by this incident. No words can express such devastation that all these families must be feeling? Everyone has family and friends who travel. We can only pray that in time the pain of losing one's loved one subsides. The initial live video clearly showed the impact from the helicopter into the plane. Investigators will find out the exact reason. Appreciation for all the hard work of all the emergency crews, department leaders and all involved to try and find as many loved ones as possible that are in that frigid water.

I keep thinking about this. The skaters were all minors who were traveling with a parent, so many people lost not only a child/sibling but also a spouse/parent. One of the families traveling with both parents left behind a college-aged sister/daughter who has now lost her entire immediate family. I can't even begin to imagine what that's like.

I believe that the helicopter was that Lockheed Martin drone Blackhawk with a 300 mile remote control range. Who was the crew of the Blackhawk? We keep hearing from former Blackhawk pilots about what they think happened. Which subconsciously puts in everyone's mind that the Blackhawk helicopter was manned by a pilot and crew. But there are many Lockheed Martin locations near DC where the remote control Blackhawk helicopter could have easily been deployed.

Heavenly Father Yahweh I pray in your son name Yeshua our Savior that you comfort all those families, friends with the Holy Spirit who is the great comforter. We might not know what to say to their minds and hearts but the Word says that the Holy Ghost does and he and Christ come to you on our behalf. But nevertheless you ask us to pray for one other. so I am praying also that you give them the peace that they need in this time. I lost a child once and a person told me he live as long as God wanted him to live so that means he accomplished everything God set him here to do in the six hours he lived. My daughter that died in my womb she accomplished everything that God wanted her to do. So I pray that those families know that God sometimes uses the last seconds of someone life to accomplished the last thing they can do with it and that is to have us pray for one another and also so we will know about those great people who once walked and live among us. Lord give them the strength to go on this life journey without them. And Lord we know it is nothing wrong with remembering the death or life of a love that is gone because at least once a year we remember the death of Christ but we also remember his life. In Christ name I pray.
