I’d love to see all the old schools revitalized. Those buildings are beautiful. Sad when Grayling went down

Don't get getting a city revitalized with a city that's actually growing mixed up, two very different things. Because Michigan as a whole is losing population I live in Flint I should know

Nope, thats only half-true, Michigan lost some population but it gained people again, thats been the same pattern its had for decades now but the overall population still keeps increasing. Right now is some of the highest population that Michigan has ever had in its history, this isnt West Virginia that had its highest population in 1950. Flint is shrinking fast , but not Michigan.

@@diodelvino3048 Well thats good to know. Where are the hot spots right now?
@diodelvino3048Ай бұрын
@@highlymedicated2438 Its alot of Detroit suburbs (Troys, Dearborn, Novi etc.) also Ann arbor and Grand Rapids metros , and Lansing suburbs. Even then Downtown and other parts of the city of the Detroit are being revitalize, old buildings that've been empty and rotting for decades are being repaired and made into apartments and housing etc.

I would focus all funds on industrial building revitalization. Also, can Detroit attract all the world's automotive manufacturers to build automobiles? Toyota? Mitsubishi? Mazda? Audi? Porsche? Lamborghini? Then, the middle class and upper middle class will move back to Detroit. Good luck!!
