I just bought the craftsman version today. I have enough bits to last the rest of my life. But I had to have the case. I stuck it on the bottom of my versastack bag and now I have the perfect install kit. Highly underrated system

Hey! Thank you for subscribing! Yes I agree. The craftsman Versastack aka red Dewalt Tstak is a great system. The two are completely interchangeable. Although I might have accidentally picked up a few of the packout containers.... I too just got it mainly for the case and storage options.

I have that set, first thing I did was flip that box of mini-bits around!

In the big bit case the lid also has the dove tail slots thats where I keep my small bits i think you can get a total of 12 small bit holders in the lid I maybe wrong this way in the bottom I can keep two sets of the drill bits and multiple doubles of longer bits

I’m likely going to get another one. One for drill bits and one for driver bits.

AvE should have trademarked.... Local Rona. Tracking Device. Sarcasm with play on words. Testosterone reinforcement....etc...etc...etc.... At least the bench is clean. I do like that! SUBSCRIBED!

Thank you for this informative video....what’s the item number for the 50 buck bit set you purchased last year?

This is the original kit I got. I have added some things from other DeWalt kits and moved stuff around. It did not come with the cobalt drill bits. I added that from another set I had. Your friend has shared a link to a Home Depot product they think you would be interested in seeing. Hi. What is the model# of the medium size bit case

can you add tstak boxes on top of it?
@mbwoodbutcher3 жыл бұрын
No, unfortunately you can’t. It’s designed to stack more of them on top or to hold the tough cases on top.

@@mbwoodbutcher would connect to a tstak caddy tho... hmm kk thx
@derekbrown17453 жыл бұрын
Ok… so if it Dosent connect to the bottom of an tstak boxes then what exactly are the side black tabs for. I mean it has latches on the bottom to be hooked onto and the open close tabs can hold extra tough cases and most tough cases have two tabs so they themselves could just connect to this larger box. So nothing is using the side black tabs. And the fact that it fits the tstak from the bottom leads me to think they must be for connecting to Kirby tstak. Now. Obviously if u have extra tough cases added to this case then it won’t attach… obviously… but what else could the black latches be for. I’ve watched several videos and not once seen anyone use them or show attempting to put a tstak box on top of it… just saying

Is this the dude from the AvE channel? 🧐🤔
@mbwoodbutcher2 жыл бұрын
Definitely not. Must be a Canadian thing…. I live on the Canadian prairies and like working with dead tree carcasses. I have never disassembled a perfectly functions tool, and only just got a wood CNC. I have been like this long before watching AvE religiously…..

I’m hoping that’s a good thing!!! I am probably going to have a cleaner vocabulary though. Must be a Canadian thing.

Yes that's exactly the way we want our bits displayed easy-to-access getting out and putting up and no nobody uses those stupid little bits anymore we want the bits that lock into our drills and don't pull out every time we try to drive a screw because those little bits get stuck in the screws and pull out of your drill extension every time very annoying and very time-consuming now I can see those tiny flip top boxes being good for housing the shortest locking bits so I could keep an assortment in there and then if I have to go to the roof or somewhere far off I could grab that put it in my tool pouch and be able to change bits and sizes while on the roof or far off from my main stack of tools at least that makes more sense to somebody who would actually do the job as opposed to a moron who has never even used a tool in his life sitting in an office somewhere and it is so sad and pathetic that they took this long to make this
