Why do you test a million tiny fasteners with big hammer drills, why don't you let the DeWalt run on speed 2 where it would be beneficial and take advantage of the additional gear also why even bother comparing speed 1? Speed 1 isn't about speed it's about maximum torque. So a slower performance in the lowest gear might actually be slower because it's geared lower and therefore better at tasks where you need more torque.

The worst part is that Vince is faster handling his fasteners. The tools can't even keep up. If you had two Vinces half of Milwaukee wins would be ties or for Dewalt. 😆

slow is fast fast is good. if jimmy slowed down trying to get the bit on the fastener instead of fumbling it would be a diff result imo

DeWALT and Milwaukee both reliable, both strong, both about same price,both get job done, you won't make an extra 1k just cause your drill is 1.5 seconds faster than mine.

This is more for entertainment value. I don't think anyone is suggesting you change over your full lineup of tools for half a second here or a few seconds there. That would be crazy expensive.

Why does the faster drill get a point when they're in speed 1? Seems like if you're in speed 1 you want the drill to be slower.

Having the faster drill may nice but that doesn't mean the drill is better. I've never been on a job site and had to race anybody to see who has the faster drill. LOL

Shouldn't be limiting the tools to the gearbox number bc the DeWalt is slower with more torque in speed one but has more speed in speed three if you want to do a fair test you should do the test in the highest gear the drill can handle

They are both insanely powerful drills. We just have to see the longevity of the tools and which ones can take the most punishment

They are both such good looking hammer drill / drivers. I have the Dewalt already and may get the Milwaukee as well, as it is my primary battery platform.

I would love to see these run with drill augers for gardening or post holes. Also use them to mix a couple different mud type. Drywall mud, thin set, motor, self leveler, and concrete

Great TTR episode. Just as good as the old days😃👍 Recap was fun too. I really think that the DeWalt should be tested further with long augers. Would be interesting to see if it can bury them all the way. Maybe run it up against the Makita xgt or FLEX.

Jimmy is great but he’s constantly slow in every test you have done with him. I also don’t understand the scoring on choosing which one is faster in lower speeds when the point of low speeds is to go slow and have torque

Flex runs on 24V bigger and heavier batteries Flex normal cells leak like crazy and updated still have the stupid gel in wrap with plastic potential leak
