I love Glee! I wish they did performance numbers to do with The Wreckage using Breaking Through, Dont Fall in Love and If I Walk Away! I wish I was on the show (Season 3) with the New Directions and I harmonized with Puck singing If I Walk Away (The higher part since I know this song by heart) and we won that at Sectionals with 2 other songs! Does anyone else LOVE how it's the same music as when they lost in season 1? But this time, it has a totally different meaning. Christ every time I watch this I tense up, despite knowing the outcome. I finished school in 2013, and as luck would have it I led my house to win the House Drama cup that year (first time in 20yrs) and then we won the House Cup about 2 weeks later which just NEVER happened, not in the seven years I'd been there. Every time I watch this scene, it takes me right back to that moment of holding the trophy on stage, and I just get such a huge wave of empathy for these characters.

Something similar happened to me. I was in a competitive show my junior year of hs, it was my first time being cast in a show like this. We qualified for the state level competition and this was the first time for my school in 35 years. It was surreal, we cried so much.

No, it`s not just you. Personally, I think they should finish with season 3. If they were really pushing it maybe do like 12 episode long 4th season to show what the original glee members did as adults. After season 3 it was just downhill, there was no coherence, heart and good stories.

This scene always gives me that familiar feeling. The feeling of nervousness in awarding night cause i'd been there like 4 times. The scream of happiness knowing that you and your team declared as the winner is something that i cherished until now. This scene helps me when i'm feeling down and needed motivation cause it reminds me of the same moment in my life :')

I love nationals from season 2 because, ya know, PRETENDING ahhh. However, it makes sense they won this one because I personally believe this is their strongest performance ever on the show. It had the troubletones (and Quinn and Tina) which was a nice addition, had Rachel do a ballad solo which is her strong point and thus a strong point for the club itself, and it finished with a high-energy number where multiple people had solos, but showcased a duet between Rachel and Finn, another very strong point for the club. Their set from this episode is probably my favorite competition set of New Directions :)

This is where the show should’ve ended. Finish an amazing show with the Glee Club finally winning their Nationals. End it with us knowing Rachel was accomplishing her dreams in NYADA, that Santana and Brittany were happily together, that Finn did the right thing in letting Rachel go so she could accomplish her dream officially, that Mr. Shuester was still a good teacher before they ruined his character next season, and the season after that. It would’ve been somewhat of a cliffhanger ending, considering we wouldn’t know if Finchel ever ended up together again, etc., but it’s better than the ending they gave us.
