I played this course for my first round with the drop! It was really fun, unfortunately I only got the one round in before I had to get a surgery that I need 6 weeks to recover from 😭

How does the drop compare to an A2? I’ve tried to love the zone, but it was never as stable as I was expecting. I switched to the A2 and have mostly been happy. The drop is pretty intriguing, but I don’t really need to buy another approach disc since I’ve got like 8 of them to pick from right now. 😂

Havent tried the drop put it’s not as overstable compared to A2. If you want a straighter A2 then it could be wort a try. They were saying more shallow zone so it could be closer to A2 in feeling.

Good question! I’ve turned down cash until recently in order to stay amateur-by accepting cash I officially turn into ‘pro’ status! It also definitely runs like a business!

@@alkennon9350 yeah it'd be nice to see the difference in flights. Some people say it's more torque resistant, others say there's barely a difference between the RC3 and the Drop.

Are they more or less dumpy than a zone? Would it be safe to say it is a cross between a zone and an A2?

That’s how I feel about it actually. The drop I have is more dumpy than zone but does feel like 4.5 speed

Ima be honest, all these approach discs (Tactic, Zone, Harp, Toro, A2/3, etc.) are pretty much interchangeable. Seems like the market is saturated; idk why they're even making more.

probably same reason almost everyone has a destroyer clone or a buzzz clone.

@@eliasvalgeirsson5610 I get the copycat stuff, but at least you get some different flight/glide characteristics from buzzz and destroyer clones. IMO, these overstable approach discs are TOO similar. It's almost irrelevant what you're bagging.

Buzzz is a Roc clone 🤣. Different companies use different processes and create different discs. They might be all similar, but they aren’t all the same.

Zone is 4 4 0 2 for every single one I have ever thrown. Not as over stable as advertised in any plastic.

Have yours been slightly puddle top. I realized I was getting the wrong zones until I found slightly puddle topped one.

I'm intrigued. I did pop on a Parachute today based on your propaganda-style hard-sell review video... I'm looking forward to it more than I probably should. For being a new dad, you're playing way better than I would expect.
