Councilor of nubra and phayang opinion is contradictory regarding wild life sanctuary act exist in nubra. If act of wildlife sanctuary exist after establishments of new nubra district,development activities hamper administrative setup. Civil airport is genuine demand of ladakh from different dimensions such as mobility of travels, health issues, extension of tourism activity, lack of clear pictures with wildlife sanctuary stop expanding tourism activities and cutting the scope of employment opportunities.
