Thank you, Mak, after watching so many tutorials on KZbin, yours is a breath of fresh air. Straight to the point, no waffling on about anything unnecessary non-Divi-related information that can take away from the learning aspect of any tutorial. You provide a succinct rationale for the things you're doing, it's so great when you explain why this setting or that setting works. Once again, thank you!

Your tutorials are absolutely amazing. So -one question - if I don't want EVERY image to ''bounce" for instance... would I just create 2 different presets - one with and one without the bounce attribute. This is amazing. As a self-taught 75 year old, you have just made Divi so much more fun! So glad I found your channel!

How is this different from adding to the library? Is it just an easier way to access the content while working on the page?

Might want to add that when you make a global, style change you must flush all caches if you expect to see the changes.

I would love if the change not only affects the paragraphs of the text module but in the CtA also. Now we still have to design the the CtA. It would be good to affect also the content, not only the modules. But ok, we still have the customizer.

Great feature! How do I change the heading text styles all over the website now? Do I have to go to every single module that might contain the H1 for example to style it now? The global settings are not available anymore, are they? Thanks in advance!

Thanks for great video. Question: If I apply a global preset to text module - Can I still apply different settings to 2 particular text module on site I want to be styled differently? - Basically a Class vs ID scenario I guess.

With careful planning, you could set up your presets and knock up endless WebSites....How cool. But my question is if I have set a Blurb or whatever it is as a global setting....and decided that I just wanted to change the style of one or two of my Blubs that would then change the settings on all my Blurbs throughout the site??
@nickjones6054 жыл бұрын
Individual style changes on a module will override the preset styles. Go ahead and apply the preset to the blurb, and then make the necessary style modifications as usual and it will override-good to go.

You assume everyone already knows their way around Divi and they understand the jargon - padding etc. Plus you speed through your tutorial. Hence, it deters me from taking your course.
