Fun fact: In Irish folklore the Morrigan was the goddess of death and she would manifest as a Raven to land on those who are going to fall in battle. The devs really surprised me on this new DLC but can't see any Celtic/Irish background on her story bio though.

Thats interesting. My guess is that they prioritized the scrap beak aesthetic and lore over the celtic one, and the name Morrigan is more of an inspiration than a straight reference.

18:56 its not the slate's fault here m8, its the ammo you are using, you can't use pennyshot and expect consistent results. Slate buck and slate slug are both very reliable for a shotgun. Pennyshot is an overall garbage ammo type and shouldn't be used in PvP unless you are memeing

Penny shot is a slot machine, penny works best with terminus levering. The slate works best going back to cover after a shot: with iron devastator+slug, buckshot for for wallbangs. The only times you hold angles is if you're close enough to pen limbs with slugs. It's more of a "getting pushed" shotgun, than a pushing shotgun. Pushing is better with terminus or crown. The slate is the most consistent slug shotgun after crown hands down. You got 149 only because of penny. There are people with more aggressive playstyles who use penny from range just for tagging. But slate is best played camping, like the curtain clip, where everyone is left thinking why they play a game that's pay to win (paying with your on time, advantage just by existing crouching still) rather than a more skill based one. For moving without cover or running, specter might be better, but most players don't have to make content, they have to feed a personal confirmation bias that tells them they are good, so playing slow is necessarily better. That's why after rain a lot of shift-w left the Pay (with time) to win game.

The reason supply points are more active is because of the ammo change. Ammo management has become more important therefore supply points have become more important.

At 43:47 I felt that the bolt was further back and when you then peak the conner and look right around the red building in the background on the track there appears to be some movement and I think he hopped in the train maybe? Your scan just before 44:00 puts the bolt in line with the train car in my perspective.

In general the tradeoff is just increased damage at the cost of range, if you´re closer than 5m it will outperform buckshot against players

My opinion is mostly based on research other people have done, and some personal experience as well. The best one I saw is Video from Cornf titled "THE GREAT DEBATE | Buckshot vs. Pennyshot | Hunt Showdown 1.13 Analysis & Guide". I recommend to give it a watch if you are interested in the topic, he goes pretty in depth with some decent ammount of testing.
