Hmm I've only seen ep 1-3 of the OVA on KZbin, not sure if they are still out there though. I had these on VHS too, still do somewhere I guess. Dominion is available on DVD and I got the song off Limewire a while back.

Ah memories. love that song. Give it time and I'm sure Shirow will reincarnate Dominion, he's just making a bundle on Ghost in the shell and Appleseed at the moment so probably sticking to the sure thing, both those series were more popular all in all then Dominion after all.
