unless I somehow missed where he used it in the vid he isn't using an external/glowing crosshair, just looks glowy because of either video compression or an effect he put on the vid in post- you can see his crosshair fade with firing error or change when hes using a shotgun edit: I've been made aware of valorantcc which is whats being used in the video, it allows you to change values in your ingame crosshair that normally aren't customizable (outline color)- idk if its bannable or not
