You can use a sideloading tool like AltStore or sideloadly, but it's best if you use TrollStore directly on the device, no PC needed.

Xinam1ne is better but for people that want to stay 100% safe should use Dopamine (not that xinamine will ruin your device but running incompatible tweaks can sometimes do weird stuff).

Xinam1ne offers you the possibility to run some of the old rootful tweaks that have not been updated for rootless. Make of that what you wish.

you can try converting the tweak to rootless using an arm64 converter like derootifer
