Kakarot has so much potential. They don't need to release a new game. There's so many arcs, movies etc they didn't explore. Its funny they added rage trunks into the game but didn't do goku Blacc saga. But i will say this kakarot will probably be the most detailed Daima experience out of Its Brother's Xenoverse and Tenkaichi.

I wasn't sure what to expect of Kakarot's future but seeing how despite being years old, they're still adding DLC, it gives me hope they will continue to add DLCs until we reach the end of GT. Imagine being able to experience (almost) the entirety of the Dragon Ball series through Kakarot

@Agent_3141 Yeah that would be awesome man. The game, though it's a little old still has much potential. With each DLC they experimented with new mechanics. And there's so many angles & content they can do. Sparking Zero added more of the villains side of things as well, something Kakarot hasn't explored. But in a way I don't fully expect Kakarot to try it either as I find the way they create the villains/ boss fights as something quite unique. But they could still do the same for the heroes characters. Only thing about that is the villains I don't see spawning enemies to fight against when roaming the map that makes even a little sense. Imagine fighting SSB Vegitio while we are Fused Zamasu. That fight would be just as hard as being SSB Vegitio fighting against Fused Zamasu. Daima I think will be interesting to see as it's something none of are familiar with.

They might be going chronologically, going from Goku's Next Journey (the end of Z), to Daima (chronologically the next series), then potentially Super and maybe even GT

Probably not. They specifically said Part 1 and 2, so chances are we're getting half of the series in part 1 and the other half in Part 2.

Honestly, I didn't like Barock dlc as much because I was really hoping that they would keep it until Chilled Saga and we will get to see SSJ Bardock. But instead they kept it to z and it was really strange. I mean you fight frieza's army and then Frieza himself. Then he blows up planet Vegeta and then suddenly you get teleported back tothat planet in its original state. I mean why, just extend story until Chilled Saga because even though that is part of Super, it doesn't has any super stuff, it has normal ssj transformation. They could have also done that to Trunks dlc and extend it to Black Saga so that we could see Ssj blue Vegito.

Hmnn Kakarot is basically the console version of Buu's Furry/ Legacy Of Goku Xenoverse a hybrid of DB Online with slight Tenkaichi/ Raging Blast elements. I will say the story is more detailed in Xenoverse and kakarot. But Fighting on Sparking Zero/ Tenkaichi has them beat. I love playing all of them but i always hated how little most moves felt in Xenoverse. But i do like it is a different experience then being a straight up Tenkaichi clone. But in all honesty Tenkaichi never really had an in depth story mode to me. As the roster is by far superior then both Xenoverse and Kakarot combined. Especially kakarot. Sparking zero gave us story from the villians perspective which is something we haven't had in a long time probably since Regular Budokai or Infinite world. Custom battles is imo above PQ's in Xenoverse as we have control of the whole scenario. Its basically the same set up/ have something trigger something to take place during the fight or power ups, health increase, etc etc. I love story mode but its never been something to me that i go and replay as much the other game modes. Kakarot is fun since it gives us the experience we normally don't have. Only other two consoles games close to such an experience is DB Sagas & Battle Of Z. Where we are fighting waves of multiple enemies at once as well a very powerful boss. So i expect that in the daima DLC to have demon realm enemies come in waves instead of those RR robots we had in the regular Kakarot Map. Definitely going to be interesting as well to see how much of the daima world they recreated that we can explore and new skills.

I'm tired of cutscene DLCs...this Daima is a copy of GT so far...we might just have got GT would have been better. Just give us gameplay and more fights in the game. Agree SZ DLCs is very disappointing: we need more maps, costumes, real different characters...

I’m not much of a fan of how much daima content they’ve been instantly putting In all dragon ball media oddly the fastest they’ve ever done this for anything(I’m shocked they didn’t revoke the new dlc statement for dbfz to add daimaku). I don't know how to feel about Daima being DLC for Kakarot Except lower my expectations Hoping for *Good* cutscenes, some Boss Battles (make those bots holding the Dragon Balls quite challenging with 'QTE' for cinematic attacks), massively expand on the Demon Realms and show all 3 levels (maybe 🫰🤞🤞🤞)
