4:55 The anteater enemy has 21 as a red number when hit by Frizz. This confirms enemy weakness to be visible when hit by elemental spells. Earlier, The frog that was hit by woosh had a white 18 in comparison.

That would be nice especially for stolen items (thief class) auto stealing only I doubt that DQ7's Thief hit would be in this remake but Thief hit In DQ7 sucks it almost NEVER steals anything.

Forgot to mention they’re now nuns for the first time in DQIII R were they basically help you save when you arrive in the town for the first time. You can clearly see a nun standing over between the entrance of Aliahan and Luida’s Bar. Basically nuns are going to be assisting the church priest this time and not just walking around aimlessly doing nothing.

The one thing i’m very disappointed about this game footage is that we can no longer smash pots or barrels.

I’m totally ok with the midis versions playing at night. It gives a very nice little classic nostalgic Dragon Quest touch ❤

I never played the original or SNES remake versions of DQ3, the Gameboy color remake was my first experience with the game and it's one of my favorite games of all time, still play it every now and then on emulator. I'm so happy and excited for this remake. It looks stunning. Just the scope and visual upgrade to familiar locations is incredible.

My only dissapointment in this is how the hero and the party members move around. It feels too old school for me. Yeah its a 2d game so movements can be very limited however, I'm pretty sure there are 2d games that have much more fluid moving animations than what dq 3 HD2D is having as of the moment.

I've never played DQ3 so I'm really looking forward to playing this when it releases! I hope we can disable the mini-map, and I wonder if they will have an option for 3rd person battle animations

About the MIDI night theme of towns, if Japan is really bothered by it then SQEX can maybe perhaps patched it to be more orchestrated. Idk but i hope they do once it’s released in November

The voice acting is partial voice acting not full. Main story characters will be voiced not random npcs.

main npcs voice acting is how a lot of games do it so i am ok with it as well.

I hope that the dungeon maps aren't readily available at the start -- and that you have to find it in chests similar to Zelda. Or at least add a fog of war. The map just gives you an idea of the floor's size and layout but not the rooms, exits, and entrances. Hopefully this can be easily modded on the PC version.

Yes square enix has consorted with sweet baby Inc, they removed gender too

I don't know, at least she's still pretty and in some ways this DOES feel more fair as it's not like the male warrior goes around shirtless. But still, it's a blow against what was once my favorite RPG studio's integrity.

Just finished playing through DQ3 blind on the Switch. Truly an incredible game. I have no desire to play this remake.

I don't care much for better graphics. Unless there is new content that expands the story, i am suspicious. Especially if the price is over 20 dollars.
