Drampa might seem like a pretty nicely unique pokemon being able to wall off Ghost types or Sub-Ghost DPS users (Examples like A-Sandslash, Golisopod, Mew etc) but sadly just weakness to Fighting is a bit of a downside. It can learn moves like Shadow Claw, Snarl, Steel Wing, Icy Wind, Rock Slide, Breaking Swipe, Superpower, Energyball/Grassknot and a couple more moves as well so with a good update it can become a very good pokemon to use in the future. As far as stats goes its almost close to Dragonite stat product but with a poor moveset and not really any meta relevance play unless you are being a Ghost Buster with this pokemon.

Blissey is actually awesome. I used it in UL and it holds its own against Annihilape and Poliwrath surprisingly. I even beat a crogunk with it.

I'm not sure I'd consider Drampa to be a wall to Jellicent. With it being on the frail side, it only looked to have about 15 HP left against the Jellicent in that first battle. Overall, I don't think Drampa is a PVP worthy Pokémon.

The best pokemon to deal with Ghost + Elementals(Fire/Grass/Water/Electric) but very bad against Fighters like Poliwrath. It's very nice considering how Ghost types or ghost coverage is quite common and serves as a good wall while also being able to extremely outdps them.
