If I am not lying this originate from ST. LUCIA .. That is how breadfruit is roasted here.. love it when it half ripe . Very nice with steam fish, salt fish and ackee or smoked herring,.

I have been doing breadfruit like that for years . I work with a Chinese family and that's the way they prepare breadfruit . Amazing .
