In this video we discuss the latest development with ebike laws in NYC. Initiative 663 has been passed, which mandates UL certification and testing for all e-bikes being sold in the city.
This new initiative aims to enhance the safety of e-bikes and ensure that they meet certain safety standards before they are sold. Under the new law, e-bike manufacturers must obtain UL certification and undergo rigorous testing to verify that their products are safe to use and meet the city's safety requirements.
What do you guys think about this law passing? How do you think it will change the industry as a whole?
