How is the lows on the 8 inch? I know it’s not gonna be close to 12 inch sub performance but sounds like it’s doing pretty good through my headphones lol. Messaged Ecoxgear and they said they will be releasing a 10 inch version of this sun in the spring but that thing is gonna be massive unless they change the ergonomics of it.

Hey there, the sounrbar is very loud actually. Sound quality is good as well, much better then my previous boss brt34a soundbar in my last machine. I can't even turn this one up all the way or it hurts my ears!!

It's a wireless sync called "ecocast". That's the reason I picked this setup honestly since i had the ecoxgear soundbar already

So, this sub was designed to be used with the eco gear soundbar as it “syncs” together. I’m honestly not sure if you can use it with a different soundbar

How did you hook up the power? Can you just connect it to the sound bar?

So I wired the sun to the buss bar in the middle console, then the sounbar "casts" a signal to the sub since they are the same brand and they have that feature. It's called "ecocast"

I had this soundbar on an atv. When i “ecocasted” to my buddies identical soundbar, the volume and sound quality dropped. Dramatically.. maybe try and use the jumper wire? & see if you notice a difference.

I just finished this installation but I'm encountering a cut out of all sound when in ecocast mode. I loose the bar and sub. Almost like the Bluetooth looses connection. Anything like that happen to you? Btw guys, this sub does sound good in real life.

I don’t think I had that issue. I only had it on for two days and took it off and sold it, I wasn’t happy with it at all

Found the issue. Blue tooth signal was not strong. Turns out until I connect to my navitas controller there is a battle for connection. Once I connect to the controller, connection issue to the sound bar goes away.

Separately unfortunately. Soundbar I had to press on everytime I start machine. Once that's on, you have to hit the "ecocast" button in sub to connect to soundbar. Definitely a pain

@@Mikej3381le If you just run the included audio wire from the aux out of the soundbar to the aux in on the subwoofer you wouldn't have to do this. make sure to set the auto-tun-on switch on the sub to "audio".
